The LTAP Data Management System (LDMS) is a statewide repository for local data housed at Purdue University and maintained by Indiana LTAP. LDMS is a secure, state-wide repository of information regarding transportation assets, including local and county roads and bridges, asset management data, to assist local and county transportation agencies throughout the state with better understanding, planning, and forecasting the condition and maintenance of these assets in compliance with state regulations.
